In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
SHOP WISE BASKET SHIPPING

Shop Wise Basket orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Shop Wise Basket will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shop Wise Basket offers free shipping for orders over $100 USD.
Shipping charges for orders under $100 USD will be calculated and shown at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
From time to time, Shop Wise Basket runs free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the checkout page.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be sent within 1 - 3 business days after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

Regular Mail: 19-39 Days
E-Packet: 14-30 Days
(Shipping times may vary according to the customer's delivery address).
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Shop Wise Basket provide the tracking numbers, between 1 - 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.
DELAYS
Shop Wise Basket is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Shop Wise Basket is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Shop Wise Basket will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Shop Wise Basket recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Shop Wise Basket is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
CUSTOMS TAX
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which Shop Wise Basket makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.
